Prerequisites

To create a trigger, you must be the owner of the schema that contains the trigger or log in as SUPER.SUPER user.

To enable, disable, or drop a trigger, you must be the owner of the trigger, the owner of the schema that contains the trigger, or log in as SUPER.SUPER user.
