Installing .NET Framework 3.5
From the Start menu or Quick Launch toolbar, select Server Manager.
The Server Manager page opens, as shown in
Figure 2: Server Manager page
Select Features in the navigation tree, and then click Add Features in the right pane.

Expand .NET Framework 3.5.1 Features, select .NET Framework 3.5.1, and then click Next.
The Confirm Installation Selections page opens, as shown in
Figure 4: Confirm Installation Selections page
Click Install.
The Installation Progress page opens, as shown in
Figure 5: Installation Progress page
When the installation is complete, the Installation Results page opens, as shown in
Figure 6: Installation Results page
Click Close.
