Appliance error screen

The appliance encountered a serious error and could not recover from it.

The appliance error screen provides details about the error, if known, and recommends actions to take based on the error detection.

You might be directed to do one or more of the following actions:

  • Create a support dump file and contact your authorized technical support.


    Creating the support dump file might overwrite any backup files that exists on the backup USB key.

  • Reset the Image Streamer appliance to the original factory settings.
