Upload a backup bundle

Prerequisites

  • Minimum required session ID privileges: Software administrator.

Procedure

  1. POST /rest/artifact-bundles/backups/archive.
  2. Specify the following details:
    1. A valid session token.
    2. A multipart file option indicating the full path of the file on the local drive.
    3. A form with Content-Type as multipart/form-data.

This procedure uploads the backup bundle from the local drive and extracts all the artifacts present in the uploaded file. If the artifacts in the backup bundle are already existing on the Image Streamer appliance, they are removed before the backup bundle is extracted.
