Browsing UI help and REST API help off the Image Streamer appliance

The off-appliance versions of the Image Streamer help systems are useful for:

  • Developers who are writing REST API scripts.

  • Users who prefer the convenience of accessing help locally without logging in to the appliance.

You can also browse the API Reference at www.hpe.com/info/synergy-imagestreamer-docs. To download the REST API Scripting help and UI help systems for Image Streamer, use the following steps.

Prerequisites
A one time access to Internet to download the help systems.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Information Library: http://www.hpe.com/info/synergy-imagestreamer-docs
  2. Select the HPE Synergy Image Streamer Help and REST API Scripting Help (download) zip.
  3. Save the zip file to your computer or to a local directory on a web server.
  4. Use the utility of your choice to extract the contents of the .zip file.
  5. Navigate to the UI or API help directory and double-click the index.html file.
