Create a support dump

Prerequisites

You must be logged in as an Infrastructure administrator to create a support dump.

Procedure

  1. From the main menu, select Deployment Appliances.
  2. From the Deployment Appliances screen, click Actions and select Create support dump.
  3. Click Yes, create to create a support dump for the selected deployment appliance where Enable support dump encryption is selected by default.

    The support dump, once created, gets automatically downloaded to the user system.
