Protect VVol VM
A VVol VM does not support time-based policy (expiry and retention) but supports numeric-based policy. Using the numeric-based policy, you can configure the maximum number of Snapshots that you want to retain at a point-of-time. The supported maximum number of snapshots per VM is 30. Also, ERT instant cloning is not supported on a VVol VM.
NOTE:
To protect multiple VVol volumes, use Protection Groups.
