Email notifications

Email notifications can be enabled when creating Snapshot, Express Protect, or Catalyst Copy policies. You can receive notifications either to your mailbox or to another mail ID of your choice, when create, delete, or restore operations are performed. Also, you can choose to receive notifications either only for error, or generic information, or both.

After any failover or failback operations of Remote Copy groups, you have to reconfigure email notifications.

To configure notifications, use the Email Notification (HPE RMC-V > Settings > Email Notification) screen.

Use the CREATE NEW NOTIFICATION button to create an email notification. Use the edit icon to modify the notification options.

The refresh icon can be used to update the latest notification information on the page. To view details specific to a notification, click the notification name. Use the delete icon to delete a notification.
