Request-timeout messages when using Internet Explorer

Symptom

Request timeout messages are displayed in HPE SSMC when using Internet Explorer.

Cause

This problem is related to Internet Explorer.

Action

Close and restart Internet Explorer or use a different browser. HPE recommends using Chrome with HPE SSMC.
