System Reporter scheduled reports email is not received

Symptom

Scheduled reports email is not received.

Cause
  • The SMTP server for email is not accessible to the HPE SSMC server. The SMTP server for email is specified on the Settings screen.

  • An antivirus configuration, firewall, or SELinux is blocking the email.
