Topology view fails to display the latest time stamp

Symptom

An orange banner appears.

Cause

Data for a duration of 30 minutes or more is missing.

Action
  1. Check if Topology is enabled in the Application Settings page.
  2. Check if the VMware vCenters appear correctly for the Systems Settings.
  3. Check if the files of Primera or Service Processor for the latest VMPERFCO and VMCOLLEC bundles are getting created.
