ESXi host and storage host (port) boxes appear separately
Storage host (port) box which is expected to be an inner box within ESXi host box, appears separately with no link between.
If ESXi host is managed recently by the vCenter, it will take up to one day for Service Processor or Primera to capture.
Wait for one day or remove the vCenter from Service Processor or Primera and add again.
