Edit View (list pane)

You can hover over fields to display tooltips.

You can change the name of the view. The view name must be unique for the list pane that you are viewing.

Properties (columns) – The properties that you select become the columns in the view.

• A gray check mark indicates that the property is always included in the view. You cannot remove these properties from the view.

• A black check mark indicates that the property is included in the view. If desired, you can clear the property to remove it from the view.

• No check mark indicates that the property is not included in the view. If desired, you can select the property to add it to the view.

Tip: You can change the order of the properties (columns) by dragging and dropping column headings in the list pane.

When you have completed your choices, click OK to start the action and close the dialog.
