Edit Snapshot Name

Important: If you create a recurring schedule pattern, Hewlett Packard Enterprise recommends that you carefully consider your choice of the snapshot name. Learn more: Naming snapshots.

The components of the custom snapshot name are shown in the Name pattern list. Each component in the list corresponds to a portion of the name. For example, the top component in the list corresponds to the leftmost portion of the name.

• To add a component to the name, click Add token. To remove a component from the name, click its delete icon ().

• To change the position of a component in the snapshot name, hover over its up/down icon and drag it to a new position in the list.

To save the custom snapshot name, click Save. To close the dialog, click OK.
