Adding Virtual Volume (to App Volume Set)

To navigate to App Volume Sets screen and add existing virtual volumes to an app volume set, do the following:

Procedure
  1. On the main menu, select Block Persona > App Volume Sets > Create App Volume Set.
  2. If you choose to associate existing virtual volumes to an app volume set, select Use Existing Volumes option.
  3. Enter or select your choices for required and optional settings.
    Domain:

    The domain in which you create the app volume set.

    System:

    Name of the storage system in which you want to create the app volume set.

  4. Click Add virtual volumes.

    An Add Virtual Volumes nested dialog opens.

  5. You can filter the available virtual volumes based on the selection of one of the available options:

    • All volumes

    • Hosts

    • Host Sets

    • VV Sets

  6. When you have completed your choices, click Add to start the action and close the dialog, or click Add + to start the action and keep the dialog open; or click Cancel if you are not sure about the addition.
