Use the Support and Analytics page to record product and support provider information. You can also set your preferences regarding email notifications on hardware health and capacity utilization. Make sure that you enter accurate contact, system, and contract information to optimize your support experience.

Contains the detailed information about the support provider.

Hardware health notifications

If enabled, then an email notification is sent to the support provider when there is a hardware health issue detected in your system.

Capacity shortage notifications

If enabled, then an email notification is sent to the support provider when storage capacity reaches a specified limit in your system.

Storage consumption limit

Sets the storage consumption limit using the slider bar. Capacity shortage notification emails are sent when this threshold is reached.
