SMB users and Administrators on the system can recover snapshots using Microsoft Previous Versions.
Procedure

Open Windows Explorer.

Navigate to the directory or any file in the file system that you want to browse for snapshots.

Right-click on the folder or file and select
Properties.

Click the
Previous Versions tab.
A list of files or folders and the dates and times of the snapshots display.

Select the file or folder to recover based on the date modified and click
Restore.

Navigate to the folder where you want to restore the previous version and click
Select Folder.
