Update or downgrade fails due to an unplanned shutdown
The update or downgrade fails with a message that states an unplanned shutdown occurred.
The update or downgrade is in progress and there is an unplanned shutdown or a reboot of the HPE StoreEasy storage system. This causes the update or downgrade to stop.
Retry the update or downgrade using the management console.
