Creating a logical interconnect group
Create a logical interconnect group based on the interconnects expected to be in a logical enclosure.
Procedure

From the main menu, select
Logical Interconnect Groups, and then do one of the following:
- Click + Create logical interconnect group
- Select Actions > Create
- Enter a name for the logical interconnect group.
- Select the Interconnect type.
- Enter the data requested on the screen, and then click Select interconnects.
- Select from the list of available interconnects for an enclosure.
- Select from the list of available interconnects for each bay.
- Click the Edit icon of the internal network area in the graphical view
- Click Add networks to select from available networks.
- Click OK when you are finished adding the internal networks.
- Click Add uplink set.
- Enter the data requested on the screen for each uplink set to be created.
- Click Create to finish, or click Create + to create additional uplink sets.
- Optional: Scroll down and, if necessary, make changes to the interconnect settings.
- Click Create to finish, or click Create + to create additional logical interconnect groups.
- To verify that the logical interconnect group was created, locate the group in the details pane.
- Optional: Select the logical interconnect group to edit, and then select Actions > Edit to make changes to the utilization sampling settings, if necessary
- Click OK to apply any changes.
- To verify the changes, locate them in the General view.
