Unable to access NPS VM externally

Symptom

NPS VM is inaccessible externally and is accessible only through NPS host.

Cause

Accidental reboot of the NPS VM causes this issue.

Action

To apply all the required settings if the NPS VM is accidentally rebooted, run the following command from /var/<sync_folder>/nps:

source source.rc
vagrant reload
