PXE boot issues with bootstrap or master or worker

Symptom

The bootstrap or master or worker node is not proceeding with PXE as it is unable to get an IP address.

Cause

Physical connectivity issues between servers and switches.

Action

Check the physical connectivity of the FLR NIC with the data switch ports.
Log in to the switch and check the DHCP relay service on the switch is "Active" by using the following command:
```
systemctl status dhcrelay@vrf-mgmt.service
```
Fix the issues and reboot the server.
You are now able to PXE boot the server.
