About HPE Telco Blueprint Information Center

Welcome to HPE Telco Blueprint Information Center, your one-stop source for information on the validated Telco Blueprints. This Information Center provides you with information on:
  • All the Telco Blueprints that have been curated and validated.

  • Lists of hardware, software, and firmware that have been validated as part of individual Telco Blueprints. You can use these lists to choose optimal hardware, and mix and match them as per your requirements.

  • Virtual Infrastructure Managers (VIM) options:

    • Red Hat OpenStack Platform

    • Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform

    • VMware vCloud NFV OpenStack

  • Automated Network Function Virtualization Platform Software (NPS) toolkit deployment to ensure effortless installation and configuration of the Telco blueprint.
For instance, as system integrators, you can choose to deploy NPS toolkit along with one or all of its following modules:
    • Networking modules

    • Controller, compute, and storage modules

    • VIM (Virtualized Infrastructure Manager) modules

With this option, you can deploy any of the modules independently with any Redfish-compliant hardware and HPE Telco Blueprint software.

The document also contains steps to manually install and configure the components, as needed.

Audience

The primary audiences for the Information Center are:
  • Telco operators—who can use this information center to select the hardware, software, and networking components that best meet their requirements and use them to custom build their infrastructure.

  • System integrators—who are responsible for bringing up the networking environment for their clients. Using this document, the integrators can install and configure the hardware and networking components to bring up a customized environment for their clients.

Scope

The information center currently covers the following Telco Blueprints with the respective VIM options:
