Syntax

show modules

Description

Displays information about the installed modules (Figure 43: The show modules command output), including:

• The slot in which the module is installed

• The module description

• The serial number

Additionally, this command displays the part number (J number) and serial number of the chassis. (See Figure 44: The show modules details command for the switch showing SSM and mini-GBIC information.)
